Sharon Kay Armstrong Calhoun

Surrounded by her loving family, Sharon Kay Armstrong Calhoun passed to her Heavenly Home on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, in Borger.

She was born January 21, 1945 in Phillips, Texas to Marcus Page and Blanche Ann (Estes) Armstrong.

On June 10, 1965, Phillip H. Calhoun and Sharon Kay Armstrong were married in Clayton, New Mexico.

Sharon received an associate degree in nursing and worked in the medical field. Of course, being the mother of 4 children, she was a proud homemaker. Her church affiliation was Nazarene.

Preceding her in death were her parents; a brother and 7 sisters.

Left behind to forever cherish her memory is her loving husband, Phillip; a daughter, Kelli D. Stroud and husband Tucker of Stinnett; 3 sons: Allen Calhoun and wife Michele of Borger, Shane Calhoun and wife Gaylynn of Booker, Texas and Robby Calhoun and wife Ranell of Davis, Oklahoma; 2 sisters: Shirley Ann Baze of Amarillo and Cathy Mahler and husband Ed of Wilmington, Delaware; 14 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Brown's Chapel of the Fountains, 206 W. 1st Street, Borger. Interment will follow at Highland Park Cemetery, Borger.

The family will welcome friends on Friday, November 26 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Brown's Chapel of the Fountains.
