Commissioners’ to hear more on EMS situation at Special Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Commissioners’ Court of Hutchinson County, Texas, will meet on Monday, February 6, 2023 at 9:30AM in the Hutchinson County courtroom located on the 1st floor of the County Courthouse in Stinnett, Texas to consider the following:

AGENDA 1. Call to order

2. Public Comments 3. Presentation by County Auditor, Lesha Krieg on proposed EMS and discussion with Borger City Manager Garrett Spradling

4. Executive Session Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney)

5. Consider and/ or approve any action from Executive Session

6. Adjourn In the event any of

the foregoing items are not covered in the time allotted on the date of this meeting, the Commissioners’ Court may order a continuance for the next day at the time stated for this meeting, until the discussion is completed on all items. I, the undersigned County Judge of Hutchinson County do hereby certify that the above Notice of Special Meeting ofthe Hutchinson County Commissioners’ Court is a true and correct copy of said Notice posted on the bulletin board in the hall and the courthouse door of the Hutchinson County courthouse in Stinnett, Texas at a place readily accessible to the public at all times and Notice remained so posted continuously for at least 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of said Meeting.
