BHS Choir at Texas State Solo & Ensemble Contest

On Monday, May 29th, three Borger High School students represented the BHS Choir at the Texas State Solo & Ensemble Contest in Austin, TX. We are excited to share the following students that attended the contest and earned the following ratings: Richard Alejandro (9th): 1 (Superior), Maria Hensley (10th): 3 (Good), Payton Reinhart (12th): 1 (Superior) and Outstanding Performer. Students who attended this competition must have qualified from the Regional Solo & Ensemble Contest and from the ratings of 1-5 must have earned a “1” on a Class 1 Song which is the most difficult level of song a student is able to perform for this contest. Congratulations to these Borger High School Choir students!
